1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wetlook Fashion (the “Site”), creating an account, or purchasing a subscription or individual clip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
The Site contains adult-oriented content and is restricted to visitors who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. This Site is labeled with the RTA (“Restricted to Adults”) content label.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Memberships and Billing
The Site offers recurring membership subscriptions (Silver and Gold tiers) billed on a recurring basis through one of our third-party payment processors (PayPal or Epoch, depending on the tier and how you signed up). Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Failed payments may result in a grace period followed by suspension of access.
5. Individual Clip Purchases
Individual clip purchases grant a permanent, non-transferable license to access that clip under these Terms, subject to the license restrictions in Section 6.
6. License and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream purchased or subscribed content for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, sublicense, sell, or share Site content or your account access with any third party.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including video, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license in Section 6.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls or content protection; scrape, mirror, or bulk-download Site content; share account credentials; use the Site if you are under the required age; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Prohibited Content
The Site strictly prohibits, and will not knowingly host, sell, or promote, content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates: (a) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving, or appearing to involve, individuals under the age of eighteen (18); (b) bestiality or sexual conduct involving animals; (c) illegal drug use; (d) human trafficking, coercion, or any non-consensual conduct; (e) incest or content presented as involving family relationships in a sexual context; or (f) any other content that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. All models depicted on the Site are verified to be adults at the time of content creation. Content found to violate this section will be removed immediately upon discovery and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities where required by law. 11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, without refund, at our discretion.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. You and Wetlookfashion LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration organization under its rules then in effect, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This section does not limit either party’s right to seek injunctive relief for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
