Common questions
A new clip isn't on any membership for its first 7 days — during that time it can only be bought. It then opens to Gold members, and 1 year after release it joins the Silver catalog automatically. You can always buy any clip outright to download, at any point.
A one-time purchase gives you a download of that clip, independent of any membership — check the clip page for how long your link stays active. You're welcome to buy it again anytime for a fresh link, or wait for it to join your tier's catalog through a membership.
All payments are processed securely with a discreet billing descriptor. You can cancel or change your plan anytime from your account.
